How do I find my reservation and its status?

In Browser:

  • Go to Yonder.com and click the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  • Login to your account. 
  • At the top right corner, you will now see your name with a downward-facing carat next to it. 
  • Click the carat and select “my trips” from the dropdown options. 
  • Under “my trips” you will see “upcoming trips” and “past trips.” 
  • Your booked reservations will be available for click and view in the “upcoming trips” section.

In App: 

  • Open the Yonder app and click the “Login” button in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
  • Login to your account. 
  • Select “my trips” from the options at the bottom of your screen. 
  • Under “my trips” you will see “upcoming” and “past.” 
  • Your booked reservations will be available for click and view in the “upcoming” section.

  • To find your reservation status, first, log in to your guest account on Yonder.com
  • After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner. 
  • A drop-down menu will appear. Click My Trips. 
  • You will be taken to an overview of your Upcoming Trips. Click on the trip you’d like to find the status for. 
  • The status will be displayed at the top of the page, featuring one of the statuses below: 
    • Your booking is pending 
    • Your booking is expired
    • Your booking is confirmed 
    • Your booking is canceled
    • Your booking is declined 
    • Your booking is completed
