What do I do when I arrive if the property is not as I anticipated or as described in the listing?

    • We always want to encourage you to reach out to your Steward first. This is because they are the expert on the property- what’s available to remedy issues, and how they can best accommodate you and your traveling companions. However, the Yonder team is always here to help. If there’s something you can’t come to terms on between you and your Steward, reach out to us and we can act as a liaison to come up with an appropriate solution.
