- The steward lists on several platforms and they got two booking requests for the same time.
- Something personal came up with the steward that makes them unable to accept listings for that time.
- There is maintenance being performed at the listing at that time.
- They have not updated their calendar on our site to reflect changes in the availability of their listing.
