How do I deactivate or delete my account?
- At this time, the “deactivate” feature is not available to our guests. If you decide to delete your account, you will need to make a new account when you decide to return to the Yonder platform.
- To delete your account, go to Yonder.com and in the top right corner, click the button that says “login.”
- Login to your account.
- At the top of the page, you will now see your name with a downward-facing carat next to it. Click that and select “my account” from the drop-down options.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the form and click the button that says “delete account.”
