How can I find the status of my reservation?

Review our step-by-step instructions below: 

  • To find your reservation status, first, log in to your guest account on
  • After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner. 
  • A drop-down menu will appear. Click My Trips. 
  • You will be taken to an overview of your Upcoming Trips. Click on the trip you’d like to find the status for. 
  • The status will be displayed at the top of the page, featuring one of the statuses below: 
    • Your booking is pending 
    • Your booking is expired
    • Your booking is confirmed 
    • Your booking is canceled
    • Your booking is declined 
    • Your booking is completed
