Log in to your Steward dashboard. Click on the Reservations tab at the top of your dashboard.
You will be taken to an overview of all of your reservations. Each will display their current status.
Hover over the status of a Requested reservation. Three options will appear, allowing you to either Approve, Modify, or Decline. Click Modify.
A pop-up will appear allowing modification of the reservation. You have the ability to:
- Propose different check-in or check-out dates
- Adjust pricing
- Update Enrichments
- Message your guest to describe the changes made and why.
To confirm pricing is correct click Show details under Total Price. With any new changes you have made, this pricing breakdown will display the new updates.
Click Submit Modification for Guest Approval when you’re done.
You will be taken back to your reservations, and you should now see the status change from Requested to Modified.
