What happens if my Steward cancels my reservation?

We want to partner with both our Stewards and guests to provide the most comprehensive customer service experience possible in any and all scenarios. That being said, we understand that life happens.

If your reservation is canceled by your Steward, we assure you it is for a reason out of their control and we will help find a solution immediately. First and foremost, you will be refunded in full for your original booking. Additionally, we will connect you with our Guest Experience Team to assist you in finding another booking in the timeframe that is needed for your trip.
